I have been sending nearly $10 to a cashier almost every single day. Finally, I tried to cash out last night but never received my payment. Now, they have blocked me on Facebook.

I sent money to have loaded to my account. As I type this complaint; my monies still have not been loaded. Customers SHOULD NOT have to wait ridiculous amounts of time for this to happen, especially if the gaming group is open 24 hours! Then one of the workers was rude as *** talking about I told you. You dont tell me anything. Overall, VERY DISAPPOINTED

The company playjuwa is a complete rip off. They have no trouble taking your money instantly to play, but on the backside it sometimes takes hours for you to get your credit back on your account if you have to win and if you happen to win too much money then they just wipe it out and throw a little piece off and tell you *** yourself. And then they said theres nothing I can do about it so theyve send me $200 and they keep over $1200 and part of that money was a $275 jackpot which should be all mine advertising I will tell anybody and everybody that I can about this.

I spun the hourly wheel and got 20 cents and i played until i hit about 41$ and i messaged asking about how much of it can i redeem and got told 40 and i replied not even seconds after their response and i’ve been ignored since and don’t know why it’s taking hours to get back with me when on their home page they reply within minutes on top of them already being active as is. I just want my money i was promised and this review can get a 5star.

I played on playjuwa I normally do but they have no problem taking my money a week after week after week or the week after week but one night I had good luck once somewhere in the neighborhood of $140* *** that was a jackpot I just wouldnt plan on taking it but when I tried, they told me that they would only give me $200 and that they were gonna wipe out my balance now they have no problem taking my money hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of dollars but when I win, they choose not to pay me and they told me to go *** myself

Scammed after making multiple deposits.finnally won and money missing no response. I’m furious. Don’t even get near this game I promise you’ll be sorry.

All they do is take your money! If the games don’t the distributors will. It’s ran by a bunch of screw ups!
